Notes:

Most active public technical discussion for AI agents happens on the two IETF lists above and the Agent Community workstream lists.
Many other “AI agents communities” use Discord, Reddit (e.g. r/AI_Agents), Skool, or newsletters rather than traditional public mailing lists.
Agent-specific email inboxes (e.g. AgentMail, agentsmail.org, etc.) are infrastructure for individual agents, not community mailing lists.

Subscribe via the linked info pages; public archives let you read without joining where available. Lists and membership can change. 85 sources
