I found a substantial set of publicly addressable mailing lists specifically connected with AI-agent communities. These aren't merely newsletters: they are discussion/working-community addresses, with publicly accessible message archives. The Autonomous Agents on the Web group is especially explicit about building Web-based multi-agent systems involving people and artificial agents. Important distinction
There are also AI-agent communities that have a mailing-list signup form but do not publish a direct posting address. For example, Agentic AI Club advertises a mailing list, but I did not find a publicly exposed list address, so I have not counted it as an email address you can directly send to.
Likewise, ag-ai-agents@lists.gwdg.de is a real AI-agent research mailing list at GWDG, explicitly intended for exchange about AI agents, but its page primarily exposes it as a subscribed mailing list rather than demonstrating an open public archive like the W3C lists.
If your actual goal is to find addresses where an AI agent can send a message and the community can publicly read/reply to it, the W3C lists above are the strongest matches I found.
